About the job o Working with the Marketing and Business Development Manager on a comprehensive Marketing Strategy of Cloud Spaces. o Manage the Website and update it based on any planned events / Growth and news. o Working with and manage PR agency o Research advertising trends o Research competitors' pricing and products o Decide on appropriate placement of ads o Determine what content will reach customers o Develop projects to create content & publish online o Implement email marketing campaigns o Liaise with Marketing Manager & develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy o Measure the success of social media campaigns o Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies o Use social media marketing tools. o Ensure content is informative and appealing o Understand & monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization o Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Responsible for marketing event budgets. Ensure budget is managed properly. o Arrange preparatory meetings for seminar events and expos. o Contribute your marketing success stories to the Cloud Spaces internal newsletter. o Research and build awareness of local market conditions through media coverage on a daily basis. Increase knowledge of local, regional and international business information, social issues, acquisitions, mergers, IPO's and market changes that can be identified as opportunities for Cloud Spaces. o Set up Google alerts for relevant organizations and business development opportunities. Skills: o Excellent multitasking skills o Creative with Graphic design capabilities o Critical thinker and problem-solving skills o Good time-management skills o Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills o Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing. o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, members, and the general public. o Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office. o Creative, innovative, and good attention to detail. o Understanding of Retail, Lifestyle and Real Estate market.
Requirements
Educational Background: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing, social media strategy, and content development. o Proven track record of working with PR agencies and implementing successful campaigns. o Familiarity with retail, lifestyle, and real estate markets is highly advantageous. Technical Skills: o Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). o Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). o Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Key Competencies: Marketing Expertise: o Ability to research, analyze, and implement advertising trends and strategies tailored to customer engagement. o Knowledge of competitive analysis and pricing strategies. Content Development: o Proven ability to create, publish, and optimize engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and social media. o Understanding of audience segmentation and content personalization. Strategic Planning: o Skills in managing marketing budgets effectively and aligning spending with strategy. o Capability to contribute insights to a comprehensive marketing strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
