Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to boost Apex Agency's brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling content, drive social media strategy, and optimize digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to bring Apex Agency's vision to life across various channels.
Core Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to design and implement marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall audience reach across social media and email.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for social media, email campaigns, and lead magnets, including graphics and video, in line with the agreed strategy.
• Social Media Management: Strategize weekly social media content, including carousels, reels, educational posts, and social proof, to foster community engagement and drive traffic to calls-to-action such as website visits, email subscriptions, or booking calls.
• Analytics and Insights: Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and leverage customer insights to make informed adjustments to campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and impact.
• Target Audience and Messaging: Identify key target audiences and tailor messaging and channel selection for effective communication, ensuring a consistent and relatable brand voice.
• Collaboration with Creator Success Team: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through regular communication with the creator success team, supporting product-focused content strategies for events, community initiatives, and special campaigns.
• Campaign Optimization and Reporting: Regularly assess the performance of marketing campaigns and content, making data-driven amendments to maximize outcomes and inform future strategies.
Weekly Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee a weekly social media and email strategy.
• Schedule email content and oversee the timing and impact of lead magnets.
• Engage with the community through strategic social media posts, stories, and email list-building tactics.
• Convert high-performing content, such as reels, into various formats (e.g., carousels) to expand audience reach and generate engagement.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong proficiency in social media management, content creation, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
