Job Overview :

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our social media presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and current trends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies : Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Manage the company's presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Content Creation : Plan, create, and publish engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that resonates with target audiences and promotes brand awareness.
• Campaign Management : Design and run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), including setting up targeting, budgeting, and monitoring performance.
• Community Engagement : Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social platforms to foster a sense of community and maintain positive relationships with audiences.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms, including engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, and ROI. Use data insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Stay Updated on Trends : Keep abreast of industry developments, social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Collaborate with Other Departments : Work closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and support cross-functional goals.
• Influencer Outreach & Partnerships : Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential partners to boost campaigns.
• Crisis Management : Handle negative feedback or PR issues effectively, maintaining a professional brand voice.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
• Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
• Excellent writing, communication, and editing skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for social media.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in running paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
