SEO and Basic Graphic Design. This position requires graphic and web design skills to develop a variety of digital, print, and design social media posts of products and SEO while ensuring brand continuity and consistency for marketing and communications. Basic Graphic Designer/ Digital Marketing Specialist will be expected to be entrepreneurial with customer-centric and business development skills to generate leads.
This role is team-centric, customer-focused, and fast-paced and receives/provides art direction providing cutting-edge, creative thought and design solutions to marketing challenges for the organization. Digital Marketing Specialist will be required to work closely with the communications team and executive leadership to conceptualize and brand marketing materials using graphic design, websites, social media, and printed materials. Additional preferred skills include real-world, working experiences with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
Job Duties Include:
Graphic Design 50%:
• Prepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and planning concept; illustrate the idea by designing the rough layout with sketches and mock-ups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts;
• Coordinate, design, and manage graphical content for all platforms including websites, print media, social media, and product design.
• Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.
Digital Marketing 50%:
• Provide support for the management of the website's SEO, Google Analytics report analysis, and Google AdWords strategy;
• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
• Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Minimum Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of related work experience;
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must;
• Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM);
• A good working knowledge of the interactive production process, including graphics and optimization, and web page production;
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills;
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);

• Focused on providing excellent customer-oriented solutions.
