Job Description

We are looking for highly creative individual with an experience in digital marketing campaigns.

• Plans and executes all web, SEO, SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and written English skills.
• Expert SEO, social media, and social content creator.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist (2 years).

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.

Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing for various digital platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
