We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing and E-commerce who will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally and abroad while also increasing awareness.
Your responsibilities are planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our prepared candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Build Digital yearly plan and budget for the hotel across Direct & Indirect channels
• Contributing to Hotel Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, F&B
• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO/SEA, emailing, social media, display, Metasearch and influencers
• Develop/harvest social media content for Facebook/Instagram, report social media performance, attend events for social media coverage, monitor and report performance.
• Assist the sales team, maintain content on company websites, content on 3rd party sites, content on business listings, and eMarketing campaigns adhering to brand voice requirements and timelines across multiple platforms.
• Manage Hotel's online reputation
• Assist with traditional marketing including creating packages, promotional campaigns, flyers, and seasonal campaigns to support each of the revenue centers of the hotels including rooms, restaurants and catering events.
