Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing & Customer Specialist will be the main point of contact for incoming leads and customers across various platforms and assist in maintaining and enhancing both our corporate and e-commerce website, as well as managing digital ad accounts. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a passion for customer service and digital marketing, and a solid understanding of online marketing and customer engagement processes. Sales experience is an added advantage, as the role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Sales Coordination:
Handle incoming leads from the corporate and e-commerce website and respond to inquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
Create a positive first impression of the brand through effective communication.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and leads.
Share relevant lead details with sales managers to support follow-ups and conversions.
Assist leads with website navigation, product information, and order placement.
Follow up with leads and address feedback, promoting our products and services.
Manage communication and quotes with credit and cash accounts.
Coordinate with vendors for asset creation and address any related issues.
Support the sales team with follow-up activities to convert leads into customers.
Digital Marketing Operations (Corporate & E-commerce Website):
Conduct daily maintenance checks for both the corporate and e-commerce website, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
Perform updates to plugins, listings, and inventory as needed.
Create and update product listings with accurate details and pricing.
Enhance product and service listings and conduct periodic audits for organic visibility.
Review analytics accounts and provide insights for website performance improvements.
Ad Account Management:
Perform daily reviews of the merchant account and ensure listings are compliant and approved.
Create and manage ad campaigns, optimizing budget allocation, keywords, and performance scores.
Trigger reviews and maintain ad account health as needed.
Monitor active ads and respond to inquiries generated through advertising platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or digital marketing roles (2+ years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and website management tools.
Familiarity with ad account management and analytics platforms.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if necessary.
Sales experience is an added advantage.
Experience in the IT or hardware industry is a plus.
