We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests.To join our Group, please visitThe Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the performance marketing department in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns and CRM projects to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.Relationship campaign management:Support the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive relationship marketing strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate efforts with commercial departments.Create a global CRM marketing calendar for the brand with personalized and targeted communication to incentivize repeat business and brand advocacy.CRM Reporting:Generate and analyze CRM reports to track campaign performance and customer engagement metrics..Support CRM Projects:Assist the CRM Lead in projects related to contactability, lifecycle emails, and the development of communication and campaign calendars.Stakeholder Collaboration:Support the coordination with ALL - Accor Live Limitless stakeholders globally to build an omni-channel communication planning via collaboration tools like Asana to promote Fairmont and Raffles Brands marketing initiatives and products globally.Hotel Support:Collaborate with hotel support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, while ensuring presence of effective hotel email marketing tools and governance of the same by providing the optimal tools, trainings and guidelines.Qualifications
A minimum of 1 years of experience Relationship marketing, e-merchandising Digital Marketing and performance
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expertise in Email Marketing and CRM tools including Salesforce. Knowledge in other tools like MailChimp, Taguchi, Revinate etc is added plus.
Excellent English, both verbal and written.
