Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies under the guidance of senior team members, aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales in alignment with company goals.
• Support on the management of digital advertising campaigns, including assisting with campaign planning, budget management, ad creation, targeting, and optimization while adhering to established KPIs.
• Utilize various digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising to contribute to achieving marketing objectives.
• Aid in the creation and development of digital design concepts for websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the production of visual designs that meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and contribute creative solutions for digital campaigns, while adhering to established KPIs.
Requirements:
• University Graduate with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and results-driven outcomes.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
