Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in search engine optimization (SEO), marketing strategies, and website management. Graphic design, excellent writing and reporting skills, as well as videography and editing skills, are highly desirable. This role involves enhancing our online presence, updating our websites, creating engaging content, and supporting our overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing:
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and adjust content to enhance search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist to optimize content for search engines.
• Updating Websites:
• Maintain and update company websites with fresh, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
• Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with the latest web design trends.
• Work with web developers to resolve technical issues and improve website performance.
• Implement website changes and improvements based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for online and offline marketing materials.
• Design banners, social media posts, infographics, and other visual content to support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
• Excellent Writing and Reporting Skills:
• Produce high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Develop compelling copy that engages and informs the target audience.
• Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and other key metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior and the management.
• Videography and Editing Skills:
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content.
• Utilize video editing software to create polished and professional-looking videos.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts.
• Manage and organize video assets and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience at least 3 years in Digital Marketing field.
• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website management.
• Proficiency in graphic design software.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with video production and editing software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and advertising platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
