Job Summary :
The Digital Marketing and Social Media Assistant will play a key role in managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our salon. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and haircare, has an eye for detail, and understands how to create content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Social Media Management :
• Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pintrest).
• Develop creative and engaging social media campaigns to promote our services, events, and promotions.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Content Creation :
• Produce high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcase our salon's services, team, and client transformations.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and newsletters aligned with our brand voice.
• Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Marketing Strategy :
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and client bookings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the beauty industry.
• Analyze social media metrics and create monthly performance reports with recommendations for growth.
• Collaboration & Coordination :
• Collaborate with salon staff and management to highlight key services and client success stories.
• Support in planning and promoting salon events, partnerships, and community initiatives.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience with SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Knowledge of the hair and beauty market is an advantage.
