Key Responsibilities:
• Event and Conference Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage on-site event operations, including setup, branding, and customer engagement activities.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote events and services.
• Manage social media accounts, paid campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
• Optimize SEO, SEM, and website traffic to enhance visibility and generate leads.
• Content Creation:
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Design promotional materials in collaboration with graphic designers.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify market trends.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract the target audience.
• Client and Vendor Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and event management in the UAE (mandatory).
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
