The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of the company, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role involves managing various digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for better results. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Content Creation and Management: Create, edit, and publish engaging content for the companys website, blog, and social media channels. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and develop creative content. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO). Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers. Monitor social media channels for trends and respond to customer inquiries and comments. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention emails. Segment email lists and personalize email content for different customer groups. Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better open and click-through rates. Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic and campaign performance. Generate and present reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement. Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine marketing strategies. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized services (e.g., graphic design, video production). Stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital marketing technologies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools). Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Additional Requirements: Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
