Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role involves using a variety of digital marketing tactics, such as social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, search engines, etc.).
• Align digital marketing strategies with company objectives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
• Conduct keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize content and increase organic reach.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic growth tactics.
• PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Monitor ROI and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to improve campaign performance.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads and build customer loyalty.
• Segment email lists and track performance metrics to optimize email marketing strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
• Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data.
• Stay Updated with Digital Trends:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously test new strategies and marketing platforms to maximize performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work with other departments (sales, creative, product) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders and present performance reports to leadership.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
• SEO & SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO strategies, Google Ads, and content optimization.
• Social Media Skills: Familiarity with managing and growing social media accounts, including paid campaigns.
• Content Creation: Ability to create and curate engaging content for different digital platforms.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and improve marketing campaigns.
• Creative Thinking: Innovative ideas to engage audiences and stand out in a competitive market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
