Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial to driving our brand's online presence and growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all facets of digital marketing, from content creation and SEO to paid advertising and data analytics. You will create and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive conversions across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
• Develop high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including written articles, blog posts, infographics, and multimedia (videos, graphics).
• Plan and execute photography and videography for product launches, events, and brand stories.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual style across all content.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly to build a community and foster brand loyalty.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
• Design and manage end-to-end ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Perform keyword research, targeting, and bid management to optimize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and make adjustments to improve effectiveness.
SEO & SEM:
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines, improving organic rankings and site visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and utilize on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Track and report on SEO and SEM metrics, using data to drive content and campaign decisions.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Set up and manage analytics tools to track campaign and website performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• Regularly analyze KPIs to provide insights on marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement and measuring success.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports to share with stakeholders.
Email Marketing & Automation:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and customer retention campaigns.
• Set up and optimize workflows using email automation platforms.
• Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions, optimizing future email strategies based on data.
Audience Engagement & Brand Positioning:
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand experience.
• Engage in competitor analysis and identify market trends to shape and evolve our digital presence.
• Establish a strong, unique brand voice that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in the marketplace.
Innovative Marketing Tactics:
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Test and implement new channels and creative strategies to reach broader or more specific audiences effectively.
• Integrate AR, VR, AI, or other cutting-edge technology where relevant to enhance user experience and engagement.
Project Management & Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with graphic designers, writers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage timelines and budgets for all digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and cost constraints are met.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of impactful campaigns and creative content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with advanced tools like CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or web design basics is a plus.
• Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing strategies.
