Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Dubai Investment Park

Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on lead generation and a proven track record in driving performance marketing campaigns. Experience in the PRO/business setup industry is a plus. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
• Create and manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
