Key Responsibilities: Digital transformation of the Medical Affairs & EdTech department Digitize MedTech processes, such as agenda building, HCP nominations, faculty selection, HCC approvals and others into a single end to end simplified digital process that will bring efficiencies and cost savings to the department Build KPIs for monitoring and continuous improvement, in addition to monthly reports for the relevant franchises or departments Setting the educational infrastructure and managing department responsibilities in the LEX process for NPIs and digital solutions (especially robotics and digital solutions coming to the region). Advancing educational digital offerings capabilities: Set the strategy for each franchise on the use of educational digital offerings Build the educational pathway for all franchises on key products and tracking HCP status with the relevant KPIs Lead the non-clinical educational offerings Venue Mapping across MEA region developing educational venues as needed to serve the organization's strategy and increase the outreach and footprint Oversee EdTech operations Medical affairs & EdTech organization Communications Lead the cooperation with regional, EMEA Medical Affairs & EdTech community Oversee department's project timelines, budgets and resources with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to execute the department strategies A successful candidate will need to have/be: Good working knowledge of the MEA medical devices Minimum of 5 years of previous medical devices education experience Experience in the MEA healthcare systems with established relationships within the surgical communities across the region Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex matrix working environment Fluency in English, with strong verbal & written communication skills Fluency in Arabic, with strong verbal & written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Strong team-working skills Travel: Approximately 25 % of time for regional and international travel
