The role focuses on driving digital innovation initiatives and improving internal employee experiences through technology, data insights, and best practices. It aims to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and boost end-user capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the VP of Digital to implement digital projects that promote innovation and continuous improvement
- Engage with various departments to understand their challenges and develop solutions that enhance employee efficiency
- Identify and leverage emerging digital trends to improve internal operations and add value for end-users
- Conduct feedback sessions and workshops to gather insights on digital solutions for improving the staff experience
- Work with the Service Desk Manager to identify opportunities for process optimization and automationRequirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Computing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 9 years of experience in business change, transformation, and/or information technology
- Proven experience leading successful innovation initiatives
- Strong understanding of internal operations and processes with a focus on efficiency and employee experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in change management and organizational development
