About the job:

Kent is looking for a Project Manager who will oversee digital engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration of remote monitoring and control solutions. The role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion

Skills and Responsibilities:



Candidates must have 10+ years' experience in Digital Engineering, with proven experience of Managing Digital Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital engineering projects within the oil & gas industry.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Facilitate remote monitoring and control solutions for project efficiency.
• Understand and integrate AI industrial solutions in project planning and execution.
• Design and implement control rooms and, ideally, Integrated Operations Centers (IOCs).



In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Communication:

• Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.

Behavior/ Core Competencies:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of digital solutions and their application in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven experience with remote monitoring and control systems.
• Understanding of AI industrial solutions.
• Experience in control rooms design and implementation; IOC design experience is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
