Job Description
Job Title: Digital Enablement Specialist Job code: 311 Location: Abu dhabi Experience: 3+ Years Language: Fluency in English and Arabic Responsibility Develop the Company's IT strategy and drive its implementation, including detailed technological development and online presence, alongside the Digital Environment Senior Specialist. Support the development the Abu Dhabi Information Systems strategy and ensure that they operate effectively; in addition to managing the company IT helpdesk and vendor relations and monitoring the performance of the Company IT infrastructure. Monitor the development of relevant technological risks (such as viruses and ransomware) and spread awareness of them, as well as any expected outages and downtime for maintenance. Maintain all information systems used in the Entity, including hardware and software. Qualification& experience Working extensively in Information Systems-related areas preferably in the UAE / Abu Dhabi Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or an equivalent degree, with master's degree preferred.
