:The MEA Digital Customer Relationship Leader is responsible of the digital transformation of Middle East and Africa Zone,managing high-impact projects, from sales to marketing, and leading the execution of key initiatives through a Digital Hub team and a diverse network of stakeholders across the zone (Global Marketing local teams, Sales Excellence, Business development and Data). Main responsibility is to achieve our Brand-to-Order targets and E2E DCR golden KPIs, which are related to our Digital Customer Engagement, Digital NSS, Marketing Influenced Orders and more.Responsibilities:
Project Management of key initiatives regarding Middle East and Africa Digital Transformation
Design and Execution of the Zone Sales and Marketing Automation plan, targeting different customer profiles with a multi-channel approach.
Operate through different Digital Channels to increase our customers Recurring Digital Engagement through best-in-class content and loyalty platforms.
Manage the zone Paid Media Agency and the MEA Digital Hub, in charge of deploying integrated marketing initiatives (Webinars, Events Management through digital tools, etc.)
Lead Performance Marketing initiatives and support MEA regions on operational deployment of their marketing campaigns.
Digital NSS (customer satisfaction) through different initiatives, teaming up with Product Managers, Sales Excellence and more key players.
Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to ensure digital findability of SE.com and eCommerce websites of Schneider Electric
Local SPOC for E2E DCR / Schneider Digital Global teams, to support and roll-out global projects into MEA geographies.
Qualifications:Education, Experience & Training required:
Bachelors degree in marketing, engineering, data or business-related field
10 years marketing/data/business experience in B2B industry
Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline and revenue
Experience managing Digital team profiles
Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo/Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau).
Strategic view: ability to see the world as what could be and create and sell a vision to get there
Ability to bring new ideas to increase efficiency of existing processes
Excellent communication skills in English: both verbal and written
Excellent planning, time management, decision making, and organization skills resulting in consistent meeting of deadlines
Management skills and experience mentoring and growing employees.
Presentational experience: in-person and via webinar to internal and external audiences
Energetic, high performer willing to take initiative and drive visionary strategy across a team
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of Analytics, Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Pixel implementation and other technical aspects of Digital Marketing
Experience managing Digital Marketing and Media Buying agencies
Strong communication and influential skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability
Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics
