Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Art Director to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual design and creative direction of our digital projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that our digital designs are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with our clients\' brand identity and objectives.Responsibilities: * Create and execute innovative and visually appealing digital designs that align with our clients\' brand identity and objectives
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their design requirements and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design, and incorporate them into our design processes
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients, and incorporate their feedback into the final design
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web and mobile design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Highly creative and able to think outside the box
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients and understanding their design requirements
