This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality software solutions. This role will involve both hands-on development, Coding, and leadership, including Azure Cloud along with .NET and Java. Ensuring the team adheres to best practices and industry standards. :Leadership and Team Management:
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of digital applications.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
Project Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Manage resources effectively, balancing workload and addressing project risks.
Application Development:
To work with Architecture team and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs using .NET technologies.
Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern .NET Core platforms.
Technical Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into development practices.
Lead the adoption of new tools and methodologies to improve development processes and outcomes.
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and high-quality deliverables.

Skills:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar certification.
Experience with micro services architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Insurance Sector.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Oracle DB, and Web API.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Active participation in the .NET developer community or open-source contributions.
