Ensure Hotel website content (pictures and text) is always up to date in all languages available, according to the corporate standards, and as per the brand guidelines on website and all third-party websites including Mobile Apps.
Monitor & assist the Revenue team in ensuring rate parity throughout all e-distribution channels.
Liaise with the Regional office for deploying website enhancements and functionality upgrades.
To develop online marketing plans geared to ensure that the hotel is suitably positioned and covered on the internet.
Review and maintain rate and room type descriptions (e.g., translations, images, etc.) in coordination with the Revenue Director/Manager.
To monitor ROI of the online campaigns and the management of all online channels.
Support and liaise with various departments to ensure optimal content delivery (PR, F&B, Marketing, Sales).
Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages, in coordination with the hotels Marketing and Revenue Managers.
Review the ranking of the hotel website on search engines, and update the hotel website with relevant search terms and adequate keyword frequency to ensure that the hotel website gets the best possible natural page rank in the languages available.
Qualifications
2-year experience (minimum) in marketing in hospitality industry.
Excellent capability in English language and other international language will be an advantage.
