Summary Responsible for preparing and teaching on how to use CRM and its modules and assist employees who use all CRM modules, assessing in training needs, creating training materials supported by vendors technical manuals and delivering the trainings, excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a calm and patient personality trait. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Identifies training needs and carries out capability assessments across users. \xc2\xb7 Helps functions Line Managers identify user accessibility and requirements. \xc2\xb7 Designs blended learning approach, lessons and delivery methods. \xc2\xb7 Develops assessments based on impact-measurement with different methodologies. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for delivering the initial onboarding training for the different team members concerned. \xc2\xb7 Creates/updates all training materials working loosely with the technology vendor. \xc2\xb7 Designs and develops courses and test plan to test users capacity in using CRM modules. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the development of users capacity which will involve the requirement, development, coordination and presentation of training staff and review documentation of procedures. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the planning, coordination, and presentation of internal/external training programs including creating, editing, organizing, and maintaining training files, manuals and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Constantly improves training by evaluating effectiveness of various applications. \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership around development and management of knowledge and expertise. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to CRM and its modules. \xc2\xb7 Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place within area of responsibility. \xc2\xb7 Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 A Bachelors degree in IT or any other related MIS. \xc2\xb7 5+ years of related work experience in the Technical/CRM support, Training, or related field. \xc2\xb7 CRM knowledge is a must with minimum of 5 years of experience. \xc2\xb7 Excellent Customer Service and Technical skills. \xc2\xb7 A consistent positive attitude towards training and challenges. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills to influence solid learning outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Ability to facilitate solutions in a fast paced, complex technology and dynamic real estate business environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong time management and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
