Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Accounts & Communication Manager to manage client accounts across multiple digital platforms including social media, websites and applications. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client accounts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and websites.

- Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and needs.

- Coordinating with the design and content teams to ensure the creation of relevant and engaging content that increases the client's visibility.

- Analyze digital performance data and provide regular reports and actionable suggestions for improvement to clients.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of client websites and applications to ensure they meet modern standards and are optimized for usability.

- Continuously communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide the necessary support to achieve their goals.

- Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and provide insights on how these can be translated into campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in digital account management or a related field.

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
