Job description.About the jobOur client is looking for immediate starters to work for an integrated agency in Abu Dhabi.About the RoleServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met.Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and translating them into effective digital strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with client objectives.Manage the execution of digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and online advertising.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools.Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Work closely with clients to understand their business and marketing objectives.Develop and present digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.Ensure content aligns with the clients brand voice and resonates with their target audience.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for client growth and competitive advantage.Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Provide clients with regular budget updates and financial forecasts.About the CandidateBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and online advertising.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Please note that MCG Talent can only respond to those candidates that we feel meet the criteria laid out by our client.
