Digital Account Coordinator Job Duties
• Creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing client service and responding to client inquiries and concerns
• Coordinating with marketing departments to develop campaigns and promotions that integrate digital channels such as websites, email newsletters, and mobile applications
• Ensuring that the company complies with laws regarding privacy, copyright infringement, and libel by monitoring and removing inappropriate content
• Coordinating with sales departments to track sales leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
• Creating and maintaining databases of customer information and other data points to help companies better target their marketing efforts
• Analyzing data from various sources to compile reports regarding campaign performance
• Managing social media accounts for companies or individuals, including creating posts and responding to comments or messages
• Working with IT teams to develop new technologies for improving business operations
