HMV Heavy Machinery Viqa is operating in trading of machines, heavy equipment, and recycling solutions. We provide operations and maintenance services for recycling plants as per client's requirements. HMV is a service provider for mining, quarries, and recycling. We provide quality machinery and equipment as well as outstanding service to our clients.

We are looking for good attention to detail, experienced and physically fit candidates for the position of Diesel and Hydraulic Mechanic

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Regular inspection of all equipment's as per the Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule
• Perform general plant maintenance (i.e. oiling, greasing, screen changes, bearing changes, belt repair, etc. on plant equipment and machines) as directed
• Perform general clean-up, maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Analysing malfunctions and repairs and rebuilds conveyors and crushing equipment.
• Examining parts and determining causes for damage or excessive wear and tear.
• Repairing broken parts and structural parts and other items as necessary

Requirements

• Should have an extensive background in Crushing Technology, Mining, Recycling & Maintenance
• Thorough Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic knowledge of crushers, screens and related equipment.
• Proficient with Hand Tools for general maintenance purposes
• Ability to comprehend user manual of site equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Should have a UAE Driving License
• Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
