Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Die Cutting Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate die-cutting machinery efficiently and safely.

.- Monitor production run to maintain quality and make adjustments as necessary.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carton Die Cutting Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in setting up and operating die-cutting machines (Bobst, Heidelberg, or similar).

- Ability to read job orders and interpret technical specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Vocational training or certification in machine operation or a related field.

- Experience with different types of materials (paper, cardboard, plastics, etc.).

- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for die-cutting equipment.
