Job Description

Job Overview: The Die Cutter operates the die cutting machine to cut out parts of specified size and shape from materials, such as cardboard, paper, etc. Places single or multiple layers of material on bed of machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates hand feed die cutting machine
• Operates manual die cutting machine
• Turns handwheel to raise or lower head of machine according to thickness of material or depth of die.
• Positions one or more cutting dies on material or clamps dies to head of machine and positions material under dies to ensure maximum utilization of material.
• Removes cut parts from die or bed of machine.
• Places or removes dies in or from a mechanical power press (die setting)

Qualifications:

• Has experience in die cutting
• Good listening skills and attention to details
• Knowledgeable in operating die cutting machines
• Any nationality may apply
• Preferably has at least 4 years UAE work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
