We seek a detail-oriented and highly organized Diamond Operations Specialist to own key diamond inventory and logistics aspects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, polishers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless diamond transfers, inventory reconciliation, and restocking. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
### Responsibilities:

• Diamond Transfers & Inventory Management: Process diamond transfer orders and item receipts. Manage diamond restocks between vendors and 3PL partners. Oversee diamond pulls for vendors, including report generation, physical pulling, preparation of shipments and documents, and shipment handovers.
• Vendor Coordination & Reconciliation:Conducted inventory counts and reconciliations with vendors. Managing polishers for sending rough diamonds, weekly update calls, polished data uploads, and resolving invoice issues. Monthly reconciliation of rough and polished balance at Polishers.
• Operational Support: Process transfer orders, including receipts of rough diamonds to polishers and weekly receipts for vendors. Manage diamond forecasts and special orders. Ensure pricing updates and Shopify inventory accuracy for stones at Malca.
• Payment & Documentation Management:Verify and approve payment invoices for polishers and shipment services. Maintain proper filing and documentation of shipments and transactions.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports from tools like Looker to support decision-making and operational activities.

### Qualifications:

• 3+ years is required and proven experience in diamond operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in ERP, and BI systems like Netsuite, Looker, Shopify, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing and record-keeping.

### Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with diamond inventory and transfer processes.
• Familiarity with 3PL logistics and international shipment documentation.
• Knowledge of diamond pricing, polishing processes, and vendor coordination.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:• Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
• Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
• Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
• Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
