Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated DHA Program Coordinator to manage and oversee our DHA (Dubai Health Authority) approved programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of DHA-approved programs, including planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the college and the Dubai Health Authority, ensuring compliance with all DHA guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor program performance and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and support of faculty and students involved in DHA programs.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to the programs.
• Ensure all program participants meet the DHA eligibility and certification requirements.
• Address and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of student and faculty satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in program coordination, preferably within the healthcare or education sectors in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain high levels of professionalism.
