Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and DEWA-certified MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring full compliance with DEWA regulations and UAE building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all MEP design and execution activities in alignment with project requirements. Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with DEWA and other local authority regulations. Coordinate with DEWA for project submissions, load schedules, approvals, inspections, and NOCs. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems. Supervise site installation works to ensure quality and timely completion. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans and safety standards. Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project progress. Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions. Prepare progress reports and ensure project documentation is updated. Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. DEWA Certification is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 2 years in the UAE. Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations, UAE Civil Defense codes, and local authority requirements. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
