DescriptionWe are working with a large Real Estate Developer based in the UAE who are looking to hire a Development Manager.This person will assist in the management of development projects (primarily High end Residential, Retail and Hospitality) from inception to completion. This role involves the coordination of multidisciplinary internal and external consultants and stakeholders to achieve

\xe2\x80\x93 Financial MonitoringExperience:

• Minimum of 10 years in development management, specifically managing large residential

and retail real estate projects valued over AED 500 million. * Real estate development experience, with significant experience in the GCC real estate market, particularlywith large master developers generating annual revenue of at least AED 2 billion. * Solid understanding of contract procurement policies and procedures within a real estate developmentcontext. * Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture,or Engineering.
