Job Description
- Responsible to coordinate with feasibility, cost & pricing teams as a part of launch process.
- Responsible for the management of the in-house design team to produce the pre-concept designs and securing board sign-off.
- Responsible for the procurement of consultants and contractors and assisting the commercial team in negotiating all service agreements.
- Responsible for the liaison with and coordination of consultants, Internal Technical teams for all designs and all statuary authorities to secure permitting approvals.
Job Requirements 15+ years of experience in handling feasibility, cost & pricing teams as a part of the launch process
