Development Manager
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the feasibilities for a portfolio of mixed-use property development projects across the Group's portfolio, from inception through to the pre-construction stage. This role requires close coordination and collaboration with key project stakeholders, business units, and third parties to ensure the successful implementation of the development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for establishing the development strategy and plans, feasibility studies, and market research to determine the commercial viability of each development opportunity.
• Determining project budgets, managing cashflows, and determining the financing structures for each project.
• Establishing design and project briefs, procuring the professional teams, and managing the design process.
• Preparing outline development programmes, risk management plans, and development appraisals.
• Working with the marketing, sales, and leasing teams to implement strategies and obtain market information at feasibility and design stages.
• Monitoring the project management performance during the construction stage.
• Presenting the development plans and business cases to the Excom.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
