Project Delivery : Assist in executing projects according to scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and coordinating with other departments. Project Governance : Utilize Project Management tools to oversee project governance, monitor progress, and manage changes effectively. Leadership Support : Aid in directing development activities, providing both strategic guidance and tactical support for project implementation. Feasibility and Reporting : Contribute to developing feasibility studies, project briefs, and cost reports. Cost and Compliance Management : Ensure activities are cost-effective and comply with relevant standards and regulations. Coordination : Act as a project leader, facilitating smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. Masterplan Optimization : Drive efforts to optimize masterplans to maximize value. Design Collaboration : Work with the design team to ensure alignment between architectural designs and approved product definitions. Cost and Schedule Management : Make decisions on project costs, select consultants/contractors, and manage project schedules to address and resolve any issues. Risk Management : Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to achieve financial and performance targets. Progress Reporting : Provide regular updates and written reports on project progress, risk analysis, major issues, and potential roadblocks. Investment Performance Monitoring : Establish and report on investment performance metrics, including risk registers and mitigation measures. Minimum Requirements
Educational Background : Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, architecture, urban planning, or engineering) and a master's degree in real estate or finance. Extensive Experience : Possesses at least 15 years of experience in property development and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role within the UAE. Leadership Skills : Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, including negotiation, persuasion, and strategic direction. Stakeholder Management : Excels in managing relationships with stakeholders and shareholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Project Management Expertise : Has a solid grasp of project management principles and tools, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
