Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Identify and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and online platforms.

2. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on available properties.

3. Negotiate prices and terms, and close sales deals efficiently.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide accurate property insights.

5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring post-sale support.

6. Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.

7. Work with marketing and project teams to ensure effective property promotion and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS



1. At least 1 year of experience working with a Real Estate Development firm

2. Previous experience in lead generation or telemarketing is highly advantageous.

3. Proficiency in CRM systems and database management is required.

4. Possess a comprehensive understanding of market trends, property values, and key developments in Dubai's real estate sector.

5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate

6. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

7. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
