  • Familiar with writing and reading scripts on MATLAB & Python.
  • Past coursework/self-study in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Familiar with the fundamental AI concepts.
  • Familiar with Deep Learning concepts.
  • Basic object-oriented programing skills.
  • Experience writing software requirements and tests .
  • Strong Python/C++/MATLAB and experience using and developing GUIs, as well as experience using source control management tools.
  • Familiar with convolutional networks using MATLAB & Python deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
  • Familiar with working concepts of object detectors.
  • Preparing detailed documents in LaTeX.
Augmented Reality
  • Familiar with programming languages such as C#, C++.
  • Familiar with writing and reading scripts on Unreal Engine/Unity.
  • Past coursework/self-study in Game Design/ Metaverse Applications.
  • Strong knowledge in the fundamentals of Game Design.
  • Familiar with Networking concepts.
  • Basic object-oriented programing skills.
  • Strong Unreal Engine/C++ skills and experience using and developing GUIs, as well as experience using source control management tools.
  • Familiar with working concepts of Computer Vision.
  • Familiar with developing for AR/VR applications
Robotics
  • Familiar with different concepts such as kinematics, mechanics, structural analysis, and robotic operating systems and related concepts.
  • Familiarity with different CAD software.

  • Past coursework/self-study in the field of Robotics.
  • Hands-on experience working with Linux OS/Unix, and ROS.
  • Hands-on experience designing and 3D printing prototypes.

With employees located throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East, LM Corporate and EBS provide EMEA wide support to all the LM International business areas.About the RoleLockheed Martin is looking for ambitious and hardworking interns to work on a number of exciting projects at our Center for Innovation and Security Solutions in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.The intern will report to the manager of the Lockheed Martin Center for Innovation & Security Solutions but will also take tasking directions from Lockheed Martin mentors. The Detection & Analysis Project includes roles within Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and Robotics.The internship session is anticipated to start in March 2025 and will run for 8-10 weeks, which can be extended based on performance.Working ScheduleStandard Hours
