The Role

This opportunity is with a Multinational company, a global leader specializing in advanced industrial products and services for the energy and mobility sectors into manufacturing of products in stainless steel and high-nickel alloy. In this position you would be responsible for the following: o Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. o Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturing productivity. o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and R&D to address technical challenges and improve product design and manufacturing processes. o Conduct analysis and interpretation of engineering data, including design calculations, simulations, and test results, to guide decision-making and problem-solving. o Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with technical standards and customer requirements. o Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. o Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate engineering findings, project updates, and recommendations effectively. o Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to the OCTG industry.



Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess : o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. o Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in engineering roles within the OCTG industry or similar manufacturing sectors. o Strong technical skills and proficiency in engineering principles, including mechanical design, materials selection, and manufacturing processes. o Experience with engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and simulation (e.g., CAD, FEA). o Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and drive projects to successful completion. o Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving. o Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical information clearly and concisely. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
