The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive world-class hospitality throughout their stay with us here at Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri.What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests, including but not limited to restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.
- Fulfilling special guest requests
- Ensures prompt, efficient, and updated recording of mails, parcels, and messages.
- Maintains a perpetual presence on the Concierge Desk
- Remains observant, notes preferences of the guest, and responds accordingly inquiries & requests.
- Greets and assists guests following hotel standards either in person or on the phone.
- Greets all guests courteously, using the guest\'s name whenever possible.
