Desk Concierge (Chinese Speaker)

An exciting opportunity has opened in our Front Office for a Desk Concierge Associate. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive world-class hospitality throughout their stay with us here at Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri.

What will you do?

Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests, including but not limited to restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.
Fulfilling special guest requests
Ensures prompt, efficient, and updated recording of mails, parcels, and messages.
Maintains a perpetual presence on the Concierge Desk
Remains observant, notes preferences of the guest, and responds accordingly inquiries & requests.
Greets and assists guests following hotel standards either in person or on the phone.
Greets all guests courteously, using the guests name whenever possible.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.
