Summary:

This role ensures that the project is executed in accordance with the design specifications and maintains the integrity of the author's intentions, monitoring Adherence to Design Specifications

The employee in charge of compliance with the author's control during project implementation plays a critical role in ensuring that the design is faithfully executed, in adherence to regulatory requirements, and with quality assurance throughout. They act as a bridge between the design and implementation phases, addressing issues proactively and ensuring all necessary adjustments are made with proper authorization. Their goal is to uphold the integrity and success of the project, ensuring it meets the specified requirements, regulatory standards, and stakeholders' expectations.

What you will do:

- Ensure that all work performed during the project is in strict compliance with the author's design.

- Regularly review project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to verify alignment with the original design.

- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure that construction or implementation activities follow approved design and with relevant standards.

- Serve as the liaison between the design team (designers, etc.) and the construction or implementation teams.

- Facilitate communication to address any discrepancies, changes, or challenges that arise during the project.

- Ensure that any modifications to the design are by the author or design team and properly documented.

- Verify that the project complies with all local, regional, and international building codes, safety standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations that may affect the project and ensure that all necessary permits and certifications are in place.

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that the design is correctly executed and materials used are of the required.

- Conduct inspections at various stages of the project to monitor compliance and identify any deviations.

-Planning and overseeing all necessary works installations of furniture, equipment, and other related items at the facility. Additionally, oversee and coordinate all deliveries and shipments between facilities.

What you will bring:

Educational Requirements: bachelor's Degree (minimum) in a relevant field:

Engineering/?architecture/design/?construction management

Relevant Experience is a plus

A driver's license and a car are required

English - must, Arabic, Russian - as a plus.

Familiarity with design software

Ability to lead and coordinate teams across different disciplines (designers, engineers, contractors).

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure.

Creative thinking and attention to detail to resolve issues in design or execution.

Strong organizational skills and capacity to work in a multitasking environment.
