Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant degree, from an accredited institution
• 3 Years of previous experience in various roles of Sales activities
• Proficient user of Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software

Design & Estimation

• Develop visual presentations of client requirements
• Incorporates materials and products specified in the plan
• Attends client meetings with consultants to understand specific requirements of clients
• Generates BOQs from design templates
• Request suppliers for mock-up products to examine quality and specification requirements
• Assist consultants in specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures, etc.
• Coordinates with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain / update supplier materials and price lists on AE design software
• Coordinates with I&M / Project Management teams to provide specific product knowledge if and when required
• Collaborates with design and estimation team members to broaden the spectrum of skills and knowledge
• Ensures compliance with company policies
• Ensures the confidentiality of the Company's information and enhances the Company's reputation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)
• residential kitchen: 2 years (Required)
