Job Description

Develop #D designs for new Projects.

Inspect site/project for measurements and understand scope.

Interpret Briefs, develop designs for complex Projects using 3DMax/ AutoCad Softwares.

Make working drawings with technical details for production (GFC & Shop Drawings).

Make Videos as requested.

Present designs to clients and internal teams clearly.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Develop project information packages including drawing specifications.

Prepare Technical and shop drawings.

Assist in site supervision as required.

Help in Material and Manpower management.

Coordinate within team.

Meets with clients and understands their need to provide suitable design.

Performs any other task as required.

Qualifications

Architecture Degree with 5-8 years' experience

Estimations experience is a plus.

High skills in Rhino 3D Max, Revit, Sketup and Auto CAD.
