We are looking for a creative and experienced Designer to join our team. This role requires developing the university\xe2\x80\x99s brand style, designing merchandise, creating compelling presentations, and managing event design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, experience in event management, and proficiency in digital tools such as Figma and Photoshop. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the university\'s brand style to enhance visual communication and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Design merchandise that resonates with our community and elevates the university\'s brand.
- Create visually compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to design and execute event themes and materials.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline design processes and innovate new design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools for design enhancement.
- Proven track record of designing for brand development and merchandise.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Experience in managing design aspects of events.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of skills from conceptual design to finished product.
