About the position We are looking for a midweight Designer for our Design department who can conceptualise ideas on design based projects and crafting those ideas to life. About the Role We push our creative teams to make the best work of their career. You will work closely with a senior art director and copywriter team; being involved in briefs from the beginning. You will play a vital role in bringing new real estate developments to life, by crafting brand identities and themes, as well as helping to create initial visualizations of new developments through AI. Below is a snapshot of what youll do:
  • Bring new fresh ideas in the design and branding space
  • Show versatility/interest across different media and channels and be able to craft best in class work for each, including: Print, online, social media, physical and environmental design.
  • Be able to create design work and identities for brands and advertising campaigns and expand on those ideas to create a complete set of ownable graphic assets.
  • Extensive knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Keynote etc.
  • Any additional experience in other programmes/apps is useful but not essential. (Basic animation, video editing etc.)

  • Work as part of the wider creative department and support colleagues to elevate ideas through design
  • Report into the Head of Design and support to elevate the design and branding work within the agency
As a bonus, you bring:
  • Regional GCC experience
  • Recent award wins at regional or global award shows.
  • Examples of change-making work Real Estate clients.
You are:
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills specifically with branding
  • Some experience with luxury brands
  • With strong conceptual ability and lots of branding experience
  • Experience with creating AI imagery
  • A team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
