Designer with Operational Experience :We are seeking a talented Designer with a strong background in operations, preferably within the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative design skills and operational proficiency to contribute effectively to our team. Experience in architecture or interior design firms is a significant advantage.Requirements:

Proven track record in design, coupled with expertise in operational functions.
Strong grasp of design fundamentals and project management principles.
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
Ability to collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams.
Previous experience in the interior design of malls or commercial spaces is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Should have experience in operational tasks within the interior design industry.
Prior involvement in managing operations within an interior design company or similar environment.
Familiarity with the day-to-day workings of an interior design business, including project coordination, vendor management, and client communication.
Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within a design-focused setting.
