We are hiring for the Hospitality Engineering Company.

Position: Design & Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

The tasks involve creating comprehensive concept reports for kitchen, laundry, and waste management areas. Zoning layouts will be developed for these spaces for client evaluation and approval. Participation in client coordination meetings is required. Detailed designs for these areas will be created to meet client expectations. Coordination with other project disciplines is essential. MEP schedules will be developed based on client requirements. Rough-in drawing layouts will cover wall masonry, plumbing, electrical, and gas connections. Additionally, 3D layouts will be generated for Revit models.

This position involves generating shop drawings for fabricated equipment to secure client approval. Coordination with clients is essential to discuss and align on kitchen equipment layouts. Detailed drawings of stainless steel kitchen equipment, such as preparation units, cooking units, and dishwashing units, are produced for production lines. Development of cutting sheets for laser machines and bending details for bending machines is also part of the role. The responsibilities include coordinating and discussing fabrication drawings for stainless steel equipment within the production line. Monitoring the fabrication process ensures compliance with the design plan. Additionally, designing and establishing standards for custom fabricated equipment are important aspects of the role.

Revit & Autocad proficiency is mandatory.

Should have worked in the Foodservices & Laundry Hospitality industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
